Protect the device-held records
Offline records are held on the device. Clearing browser site data, replacing the device or using another browser profile can remove or hide those records. Keep a supported backup, identify who owns recovery and practise restoring sample data before relying on the process. An offline-ready indicator is not an off-device backup.
Payments and tax services have separate needs
Cash can be recorded in the supported offline workflow. A manual M-Pesa reference does not verify a transfer, and an offline sale cannot make an unconnected payment or tax service live. Automatic prompts, card processing and eTIMS submission are not connected in this release.

Do not replace manufacturer feeding guidance with a catalogue description. Loose-weight dispensing is outside the whole-unit workflow.

Entered batch and expiry records support stock control. Prescription, veterinary and controlled-product compliance workflows are not included.
