The current software supports cash and manually recorded payment references. Automatic M-Pesa prompts, card processing and eTIMS submission are not connected. Android uses an HTTPS PWA; Windows uses a supported browser, with a Node.js-based offline preview available.
Shared offline writes are owner-only; staff need connectivity. Cloud snapshots have an 8 MB request limit and explicit conflict recovery. Installation access and equipment must be checked before real trading.
