Use named counters and cashier shifts. Count drawer cash separately from M-Pesa and card records, then review the shift report.

Cash and manual payment references are available. Automatic M-Pesa prompts, card processing and eTIMS submission are not connected. A manually entered reference does not verify payment, and an ordinary sales receipt is not an eTIMS fiscal invoice.
Offline use requires initial device preparation. Staff access and shared synchronisation need connectivity. Confirm scanner and printer compatibility for your devices.
