Load and rehearse in this order
- Check that Pizza small has a clear name, unit, price and unique item code.
- Distinguish Pizza medium from Pizza small; a similar name must not hide a different pack.
- Count usable Pizza small units and record that physical opening quantity.
- On sample records, sell two Pizza small units and confirm only that item reduces by two.
- Review the receipt and backup before entering real business records.
Correct the catalogue without hiding a stock difference
If Pizza small was named incorrectly, correct the name. If its quantity is wrong, investigate the count and record an explained adjustment. Editing a price or changing a description does not explain missing units. Keep old transactions readable when deciding how to rename an item.
